Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We use SF for local and Standard international for International shipping.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.


Some orders may incur a custom or import duty charge. Djiwa Atelier do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.

Return & Exchange Policy


We hope you enjoy your Djiwa Atelier purchase, but we understand that from time to time you may want to return it to us.

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased.

If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 15 days warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear.

Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All sale items are final. 

How Do I return an item?  

  1. Please email us

  2. Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange.

  3. We will respond to your email within 5 business days with the necessary instructions.

  4. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 7 business days to process once we received the item. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us.

  5. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee.
