  • Shipping Policy
    Where and how can you track your package? We use SF for local and Standard International for International shipping. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number. Some order may incur a custom or import duty charge. Djiwa Atelier do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. Please contact your local customs office for more information. All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order.
  • Returns and Privacy
    RETURNS: ​How do i return an item ? We hope you enjoy your Djiwa Atelier purchase, but we understand that from time to time you may want to return it to us. ​ If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we do not offer a refund but are happy to provide a credit note for the purchase amount. The return shipping costs are your responsibility. This includes cases where the incorrect size has been purchased. ​ If an item is faulty then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. Warranty cases are determined on a case by case basis. We have a 15 days warranty period on all of our pieces. Please note this excludes fair wear and tear. ​ Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase. All sale items are final. How Do I return an item? Please email us Include your Order Number (can be found in your order confirmation email) and information around the item(s) you would like to return or exchange. We will respond to your email within 2 business days with the necessary instructions. All returns/credit notes/exchanges will take 5 days to process once we received the item. We suggest using a trackable service when you send your items back to us. All exchanges will be charged a return shipping fee. ​ Privacy : Please note that any personal details you provide will be kept confidential and will not be distributed to third parties. Your details will be kept on a private database for use by Djiwa Atelier only. ​ ​
  • Payment
    What payment methods do you accept? Djiwa Atelier accept the following payment methods: ​ - Bank Transfer - Once we have received your order we will contact you and provide bank details. Upon confirmation of receipt of payment we will ship the products. ​ - PayPal ​ All Prices are in HKD
  • How do you know the package has been sent ?
    As soon as you have received your "dispatch confirmation"-email with your tracking number you know that the package has left on that day.
  • Your order
    Did my order go through? You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been received.
